It is always recommended that you vacuum carpets before you use a steam cleaner on them so that there is no debris or residue, but if you are not able to do it yourself we are able to provide vacuuming as well.
Ideally all furniture, clothes, toys, etc. should be removed or moved out of the way prior to cleaning.
Dusting baseboards and other surfaces will eliminate dirt being blown around the room from the steam cleaning machine. It is also a good idea to pre-treat heavy stains with stain cleaner prior to having them steam cleaned, be sure not to try to scrub the area afterwards or the stain will penetrate deeper into the carpet.
